Longest beard - living male

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest beard measures 2.495 m (8 ft 2.5 in) and belongs to Sarwan Singh (Canada) when measured in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, on 8 September 2011. It was initially measured on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 4 March 2010 where it then measured 7 ft 9 in. The record was first part of the Italian TV show "Lo Show dei Record" and when re-measured in September 2011 for a US based TV show it showed to have grown much longer.“Without my beard, I’m not me. I’m pretending to be someone I’m not.”
