According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest triathlon is 190 km (118.06 miles) swimming, 4408 km (2739 miles) cycling and 1078 km (669.83 miles) running, and was achieved by Ilaria Corli (Italy) from 01 June 2017 to 25 August 2017.Ilaria Corli began her journey in Lido di Volano and finished in Verona (both Italy). She travelled through France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Austria en route to Verona.
