According to Official Guinness Records,

The most baked beans eaten with chopsticks in one minute is 71 and was achieved by Cherry Yoshitake a.k.a Mr Cherry on the set of Officially Amazing at RAF Bentwaters, UK, on 1 July 2015.Mr Cherry's fellow Competitors Steve and Ray achieved 65 and 36 beans, respectively.
