According to Official Guinness Records,

The most basketball lay ups in three minutes by a team are 248 and were achieved by Youth Team Olimpia Armani Jeans Milano (all Italy) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 1 April 2010. The record was part of the Italian TV series "Lo Show dei Record".
