According to Official Guinness Records,

The most strings of noodle threaded using a needle is 45 and was achieved by Li Enhai (China) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 1 April 2010. The record was part of the Italian TV series "Lo Show dei Record".
