According to Official Guinness Records,

Weighing in at 10 kg (22 lb), and folding down to just 15 x 60 x 60 cm (6 x 23.5 x 23.5 in) ­smaller than most folding bicycles - the YikeBike is the most compact folding electric bicycle on the market. The "mini-farthing" design is based on the "penny farthing" bicycle of c.1870.
