Most dangerous cheese

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most dangerous cheese to human health is Casu Marzu (or ''rotten cheese''), an illegally-produced sheeps' milk cheese considered a delicacy in Sardinia, Italy. It is essentially a Pecorino cheese left to rot, where flies can lay eggs resulting in thousands of maggots (fly larvae) infesting it. The enzymes produced by these maggots assists the fermentation process of the cheese, which itself adds to the desired taste of it. The dangers can occur when the maggots, once consumed, can survive stomach acid to pass through the intestine walls, causing vomiting, abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea.
