According to Official Guinness Records,

The most days at sea by a male ocean rower (solo) is 844 and was achieved by Erden Eruç (Turkey) who rowed his boat, Around-n-Over, around the world between 10 July 2007 and 27 May 2012. Erden holds multiple records for ocean rowing. He achieved this record during his epic solo human-powered circumnavigation of the world, for which he holds the record 'First solo circumnavigation of the globe using human power'.
