Most pairs performing a cross-armed toast simultaneously

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most pairs performing a cross-armed toast simultaneously is 2,032 pairs, and was achieved by Wakamatsu Ganbaro Kai (Japan) in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan, on 29 July 2017.The challenge was held as part of a local festival and celebrated the removal of fees for a local toll bridge and as an event for local revitalization. The temperature was upwards of 32 degrees celcius and the humidity very high;however, the participants held out against the heat and drank a local version of a Mojito called the Kappa Mojito for the toast.
