According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people signing each other's t-shirts simultaneously is 918, achieved by TOKYO GAS i NET (Japan) in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, on 12 July 2017.The attempt was organised as part of the participant company's 30th anniversary event. Their new slogan was written on the t-shirts as well as the signature, name, and the date, making the signing action more symbolical.
