According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people making elephant's toothpaste fountains is 521, achieved by students of the Rushcliffe School at an event organised by Christopher Malloney (both UK) in Nottingham, UK, on 13 March 2018.The school attempted the record to promote science and celebrate British Science Week.
