According to Official Guinness Records,

In 176 Test match innings (101 matches) between 12 March 2004 and 22 February 2016, Brendon McCullum (New Zealand) hit a total of 107 sixes. McCullum held the record jointly with Australia's Adam Gilchrist before the start of the Second Test against Australia at Hagley Oval, Christchurch, New Zealand, on 20 February 2016. He claimed the record outright with six maximums in his first-innings 145, which featured the fastest Test match hundred (male), and extended this total by one, to 107 sixes, in New Zealand's second innings on 22 February 2016, clearing the boundary with the final scoring shot of his Test career.
McCullum's first Test match six came in his 12th innings, against Bangladesh in October 2004, and in his first 22 Test innings he'd amassed only three maximums. He hit 11 sixes in an innings twice, in consecutive innings against Pakistan in November 2014 and Sri Lanka in December 2014, when, respectively, he scored 202 and 195 runs.
As of 22 February 2016, the players who have hit the most sixes in Test matches are: Brendon McCullum (New Zealand) - 107; Adam Gilchrist (Australia) – 100; Chris Gayle (West Indies) – 98; Jacques Kallis (South Africa) – 97; Virender Sehwag (India) – 91.
