According to Official Guinness Records,

The most somersaults on a Korean Cradle in one minute is 14, achieved by Massimiliano Rossetti (Italy) and Roisin Morris (Ireland) at the Lost In Translation Circus, Great Yarmouth, UK, on 17 July 2015. Each catch was to Roisin's feet, as she'd sustained a prior hand injury.
