According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive spiral movements on a german wheel while standing on its rim is 15 and was achieved by Julien Silliau (France) on the set of Lo Show Dei Record, in Milan, Italy, on 28 April 2011. Wheel gymnastics (German: Rhönradturnen) is a form of gymnastics which originated in Germany. Wheel gymnasts do exercises in a large wheel known as the Rhönrad, gymnastics wheel, gym wheel, or German wheel.
