The most times to hit a target using a foam-bullet gun in one minute is 16 and was achieved by David Rush (USA) at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, USA, on 3 February 2018. David made his record-breaking attempt to promote STEM education at the Engineering and Science Festival at Boise State University.
