According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest hole of golf by a team of four is 27.875 seconds and was achieved by Tom Lovelady, Lanto Griffin, Stephan Jaeger, and Andrew Yun (all USA) at the Palm Desert Resort Country Club, Palm Desert, California, USA, on 4 January 2018. The record was achieved on behalf of the 18Birdies brand who wanted to break this record to bring attention to their new brand ambassadors and encourage the friendly rivalry between the European Tour (who had previously held this record) and the PGA Tour.
