Mussel opening - fastest 100

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to open 100 mussels is 1 min 55.28 sec achieved by Angela Fredericks (New Zealand) at the Havelock Mussel Festival, Havelock, New Zealand, on 19 March 2016. Angela's record attempt took place at the Havelock Mussel and Seafood Festival, New Zealand. She beat her own record which was set the previous year at the same event.
