According to Official Guinness Records,

The oldest law firm in operation is Thomson Snell and Passmore based in Kent, United Kingdom who have been in operation since 1570 when it was set up by Reverend Nicholas Hooper. Pickering Kenyon was a previous record holder in this category as they were in operation from 1561, but ceased to exist in 1995 after 434 years.
