Smallest working cannon

According to Official Guinness Records,

The smallest working canon is 15 µm x 5 µm x 5 µm, and was achieved by Fernando Soto (Mexico), Aida Martin (Spain) and Joseph Wang, Stuart Ibsen, Sadik Esener (all USA), in La Jolla, San Diego, USA, on 22 September 2015. The canon was developed to show developments in nanotechnology and highlight the use of micro machines in health care.
