According to Official Guinness Records,

At age 24 years 59 days, Josh Smith (USA, b. 5 December 1985) is the youngest player in NBA history to reach 1,000 career blocked shots. He reached the mark while playing for the Atlanta Hawks (USA) on 2 February 2010.
