According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest half marathon run dressed as a gingerbread man is 1 hr 29 min 00 sec and was achieved by Ian Pickett (UK) at The Great North Run in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, on 9 September 2018.Achieving a world record has been a lifelong ambition for Ian. He has used his attempt to raise funds for GroceryAid, which is a charity he has previously supported.
