The fastest marathon carrying a 100 lb pack is 6 hr 27 min 59 sec, and was achieved by William Kocken (USA) in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA, on 20 May 2018. William ran the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon to help raise funds for US Military Veterans through the organization HOOAH Inc.
