Fastest run 400 metres (female) (indoors)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest indoor 400 m run by a female athlete is 49.59 seconds, by Jarmila Kratochvílová (Czechoslovakia) at the European Indoor Championships in Milan, Italy, on 7 March 1982.As of January 2018, this was the longest-standing IAAF track record by any athlete, indoor or outdoor.
