According to Official Guinness Records,

The National Hockey League (NHL) record for most shutouts by a goaltender in a single playoff season is 7 shutouts by Martin Brodeur (Canada) playing for the New Jersey Devils (USA) in the 2002-03 postseason. Brodeur led the Devils to their third Stanley Cup championship.
