Largest cheese (sheep's milk)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest sheep's cheese weighed 534.7 kg (1,178.8 lb) and was prepared by Comitato Promotore Fiera Castel Di Lama (Italy) and presented at the 15th edition of the Farm Exhibition of Vallata del Tronto in Castel di Lama, Italy, on 29 May 2009. This type of cheese is also known as Pecorino cheese. The cheese had a diameter of 1.58 m (5 ft 2 in) and a height of 29 cm (11.42 in). The cheese was prepared on 3 September 2009 (initial weight was around 800 kg) and was weighted, after 9 months of ageing.
